Who Should be Awarded the Next Bharat Ratna?

I was happy when the Government didn’t announce for the 7th year on a row.

Imagine the reputation and honour of the award if people like Bal Thackeray or Mulayam Singh Yadav are awarded.

A R Rahman is a worthy candidate

- Yeh jo desh hai tera.. (Swades)
- Azadi (Bose)
- Chale Chalo (Lagaan)
- Maa tujhe salam (Another National Award)

Even ARR shouldn’t be awarded (atleast for the next decade), I was just presenting my case that he is a candidate than corrupt politicians.

Please don’t award to Bal Thackeray, Kanshi Ram or AB Vajpayee. Instead scrap Bharat Ratna altogether.

Who should be awarded the next Bharat Ratna? Or should it be discontinued?
