The fifth best thing happened to this World 23 years back!

I turn 23 on April 19th. Happy birthday to Me!

It’s going to a different birthday for me. Being away from family, no new dress, no candies, no going to Temple, etc.. but this is one Birthday that I’ve been looking forward for sometime now.

I’ve never been in love with my life as ever.

Regarding the title, don’t ask my anything about it. I don’t know what the best 4 things that happened 23 years back. It was a good caption that I read from my previous year Happy Birthday Post! Nostalgia!!

Now that I’m one step closer to heaven, I’ll share some of my life goals. I was actually tagged by Leo but waiting for the right opportunity.

Some of my important goals that I would like to achieve:

Live my Dreams
This is by far my most important goal. I want to do what I like and passionate upon. I’m going to live for only one time, why should I be a sucker and not enjoy life? Life is to live and in a beautiful way.

Be a Family Man
I dunno what happened to me. I seem to be interested in parenting articles! I want to enjoy life with my family. Take care of my [future] wife, kids, parents. Retire early if this goal deems.

Be Rich
Hailing from a middle class family, I want myself to be self-made millionaire ( millionaire… so that I get a proper term that… self-made-XXX ). I want to rich not for I want to do somethings and not to have mere money. Thats why I said I want to be rich and not wealthy. I’ve posted about this before here: Why I want to be Rich

Do my MBA
I always interested in Business, management and things like that. Also I was close enough to get admitted in one of the most prestigious institute in the year 2006, but it was the case of too-close-yet-too-far. I’m planning to write management aptitude tests this year (CAT and IIFT for sure, maybe more as well). If everything goes well within this 6-7 months, I want myself to land in one of those Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs).

Donate
I always believe that we make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give. I haven’t donated anything so far, but in future I definitely give and donate up to my financial capacity. This year I’m planning to donate 8% of anything I earn more than $5000 per year through this Blog. Maybe more depending on how much I earn.

Travel around the world
I’m a travel freak and would like to go to as many places in this world as possible.

Plus I’ve one more goal, but I want ti first achieve that and then tell you guys it was my goal before! Maybe I’ve some other small small things that I want to, but the Big Hairy Audacious Goals are listed above.

I might be 23 years and still increasing by one year by year; but if people ask my permanent age, it’s 16! After reading these heavy goals and thinks like that my permanent age would have been a surprise.

Got to read about this here at The Dilbert Blog : What’s Your Permanent Age?. After reading the post, I related well with the post. People who know me well, my parents and friends know how I behave. They think I’m little childish. Not that I act like that, but I’m doing things independently without thinking what others might think about it.

I don’t care what others might think. After all, this is my life to live once. I’m [most of the times] doing what I like to do. That’s all that matters to me.
